The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, speaking both English and German fluently. The attention to detail was evident in the comfortable and warm rooms, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of business. Additionally, the breakfast options were extensive, with a variety of teas and juices to choose from, making for a delightful start to the day. Furthermore, the location near the natural park offered a beautiful view of the mountains, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

Very good hotel, helpful staff when we arrived after 11:00 PM, nice breakfast. Location is very good in the forest and Reingau around is very close.

Located near a beautiful natural park, the hotel offers a peaceful environment with stunning views. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with well, equipped bathrooms and great service. the breakfast is delicious, offering a range of options to choose from. the on, site facilities such as the sauna and spa add to the relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel staff can be a bit slow at times, which can cause inconvenience to the guests during check, in and out.

The Staff were excellent - helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Our room was cols - only one out of the three radiators functioned. The food was boring.

Stayed overnight as we were attending an event at Weisbaden Airbase. Good location 10 minutes drive from the gate but a world away..... The Spa was excellent (although this is Germany so do expect to be required to remove all items!!) and we enjoyed a buffet dinner and good service at the bar. All in all met our needs and for a quick overnight stay will certainly do the job.

Great staff, beautiful location and delicious breakfast. The sauna was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby natural park. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the parking was easily accessible. The friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

Despite being miles away from the city center, it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of town during the Christmas holidays. The hotel itself had great facilities, including a sauna and whirlpool bath which were perfect to relax in. The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to navigate our way around the area.

The hotel was outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. The rooms were small and cramped, with very little space for luggage.

The hotel's location was a huge downside. It was quite far from the activities and attractions that we wanted to visit, which made transportation both difficult and expensive.
